About This Site

This site exists to sort Bari's tours honestly. Fifty-seven trips across eleven categories, every rating and from-price pulled straight from the live listing, and clear notes whenever a figure could not be confirmed.

Our Purpose

There is no single named author here. This is a small editorial desk that researches Bari the way a newsroom would: every claim traced back to the source that published it. Nobody here claims to have ridden a boat into the Polignano caves or rolled orecchiette in a cooking class; where an experience matters, the desk reports what the listing and the operator publish. It reads official pages, from the city transport operator to regional tourism bodies, and writes up what they say, leaving the gaps visible rather than papered over.

How Every Figure Gets Checked

Every rating, review count, duration and from-price on this site is the figure published on the tour's live booking page, re-pulled for this site's locale at build time. When the two checks disagree, the figure is dropped and the reader is sent to the listing rather than a guess. Non-tour facts come from operators' and official pages: Aeroporti di Puglia, Trenitalia, the Comune di Bari, regional museum ticket pages and ARPA Puglia, with anything only reported elsewhere marked as reported and flagged to confirm before you go. If an official number does not exist, it is left unsaid.

How This Site Earns

When a booking is made through a link on this site, the booking platform pays a small fee at no extra cost to the traveler. That is the whole arrangement. It does not buy a tour a higher spot, a kinder rating or a place on the page; rankings follow the published figures, not the fee. The full detail sits on the disclosure page.

What This Site Won't Do

No invented figures, no made-up review counts, no fake countdowns or scarcity, and no tour moved up a page because someone paid. The desk will not claim a firsthand experience nobody here has had, dress up a wartime deportation or bombing story as a thrill, or present a study it never ran. Where the record is thin, the page says so.
